Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
What are my delivery costs?
Shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt. The shipping is based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The shipping cost is also visible in your cart in top right corner when you are shopping online.
Will I need to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Mezoome Designs cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. All additional charges for customs clearance are under your responsibility. Each country has diffrent customs policies ; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each item.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

How long does it take to deliver?
We send out all orders in 2-4 days on working days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
You can also track your package with your tracking number via the link we will provide you together with the shipping confirmation. Please also view our shipping & Returns policy
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
No, changes cannot be made to an order once it's been submitted.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation that is sent to your email.
My tracking number returns no results.
It may take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated to the tracking system.
If your tracking number still returns no results after 24 hour from shipping, please contact us.
I recieved my package but some items are missing. what to do?
If for some reason some items are missing from your order, please contact us and we will send you the missing items free of charge.
Can I have my order giftwrapped and include a greeting card?
Yes, you can. When placing your order, at the paypal payment screen leave us a note requesting a gift wrap and a greeting card. Don't forget to let us know what you want the card to say.
Will you ever share my personal information?
When you order with us, we ask for your personal email address so we can communicate with you about your order and send you an order confirmation. All your personal information is used for order processing purpose only. We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and your information is kept private.
